Anne graduated from Idaho State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She continued her education earning a Master's degree at ISU in 1996 in Public Administration. Anne further continued her education at the University of Idaho, College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 1998. After graduating from Law School, Anne became licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho and in Federal Courts.

Anne's legal career began in Pocatello, Idaho at the Bannock County Prosecutor's Office. She had the opportunity to return to Northern Idaho in 1999 and began a 5 year period of employment with Kootenai county Prosecutor's Office. She then switched sides and took a position with the Kootenai County Public Defender's Office. During her years as a Public Defender she had the opportunity to represent many people charged with crimes. In 2012 Anne decided to venture into private practice. She opened her own office in Southeastern Idaho and established a successful practice. However her love of Northern Idaho - and her children and grandchildren brought her back to Coeur d' Alene in 2014. In 2014 Anne Taylor Law merged with Anderson Palmer George & Walsh PLLC.

Anne has over 17 years of experience with criminal law, with 6 years spent in a Prosecutor's Office and the next 11 years providing criminal defense. Anne is experienced in defending people charged with Murder, Sex Offenses, Drug Offenses, and DUI. She has worked for client's seeking to have their gun rights restored . She has worked for client's seeking to have their obligation of Sex Offender Registration relieved. Anne's passion is criminal justice and personal rights and liberties. Anne works hard for her clients and never loses touch with the human element involved in the Court system.

Three years ago Anne began handling cases for people facing Divorce, child custody, adoption and child support issues. Drawing on her vast courtroom experience has been a benefit to people facing the upset of these situations. Anne's value of the person facing a life changing experience of a divorce or custody proceedings benefits each client she represents.

Anne has substantial experience in the courtroom and in trial, and has appeared on Court TV. Anne is Death Penalty Certified, is on the board of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Anne fights hard for her clients, their families and their rights.

Anne is also currently a member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar Association.
